Reebok Clerk Training Kits 

At the crucial moment-of-purchase, it's not Shaq or "I" who guides the consumer toward a particular shoe. It's the 17-year-old sales clerk. 

That’s why Reebok’s clerk training kits need to accomplish three important tasks: grab and hold the attention of a 17-year-old sales clerk, make the technology easy to grasp, retain, and pass on to a customer, and position Reebok as a cool shoe to sell. 

A quarterly clerk newsletter wove technology and sales tips with athletes’ profiles and stats to keep it interesting and memorable. Product cards and wall posters helped make the clerks’ jobs easier by keeping the pertinent facts close-at-hand.
